Candidate Terms
By forwarding your CV and registering as a candidate we require you to agree to the following terms of business.
1) Aaron Wallis Finance and Accountancy are to provide you with permanent, temporary, contract and interim recruitment services. That is to say we will act as an agency as defined under The Employment Agencies Act 1973.
2) You authorise Aaron Wallis to seek work on your behalf.
3) We assume that you will detail to us in the notes section of ‘submit CV’ that you will inform us of the kind of employment that you wish to be considered for.
By submitting your CV to Aaron Wallis we take the assumption that you agree to these Terms of Business and before any interview is arranged on your behalf we require you to sign your agreement to these terms and complete our candidate registration form.
